St Luke’s ElderCare (SLEC) is a Christian healthcare provider dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Singapore, regardless of race, language and religion. Guided by our GRACE philosophy of care, we are committed to providing compassionate and holistic care that fosters autonomy and choice.

Staying physically and mentally active is key to ageing well.

Our Maintenance Day Care service offers daily exercises, engaging group activities, and opportunities to build friendships — helping elders stay active and socially connected.
Support for Every Step of the Dementia Journey

Caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming, that is why our Dementia Day Care is here to support elders and their caregivers.

This well-rounded programme includes reality orientation, cognitive games and training to improve the brain’s ability within a supportive and safe environment.
Rehabilitation to Strengthen and Restore

For those facing health challenges, our Day Rehabilitation Services provide a tailored approach to enhance recovery.
