Our centre based services aim to maintain, restore or maximise functional ability and delay deterioration due to disease and ageing. Through fun-filled programmes, our goal is to stimulate our elders’ physical, psychological and social well being from Mondays to Fridays.
Our Philosophy of Care
Graceful Living – We believe that our elders should be able to age with grace, enjoy their hobbies, appreciate family time and build relationships with their peers.
Respect – We believe that every individual is unique and we respect our elders’ personal space and preferences.
Autonomy – We believe that our elders should make decisions for themselves in their everyday living and we encourage independence and freedom without prejudice.
Choice – We believe that our elders should be offered choices consistently when it comes to their care options.
Empowerment – We believe that our elders should be empowered to communicate their plans and aspirations, and participate towards improving our quality of care.
