25 Years of Faith in Action: A Masterpiece of God’s Unseen Hands
In celebration of St Luke’s ElderCare’s (SLEC) 25ᵗʰ anniversary, a commemorative book, A Masterpiece of God’s Unseen Hands, has been released, offering a heartfelt chronicle of SLEC’s journey and impact. Within these pages, readers will find milestones accomplished over the years and personal reflections from l our partners and members of SLEC’s founding team and past management.
Founding member and first Chairman, Prof Lee Soo Ann, reflected, “As I think back, there is no doubt SLEC’s growth is evidence and testimony of God’s deep love for people across all walks of life. Our holistic care approach goes beyond meeting physical needs to caring for social, psycho-emotional and spiritual needs, and touching the human soul.”
Alongside these narratives, the book presents artwork by SLEC elders that beautifully showcases the richness of their lives. These elements come together to embody what is truly priceless at SLEC: the precious lives of elders, dedicated caregivers, and supportive partners, all woven into a warm community grounded in faith, hope, and love.
With reflections on the past and aspirations for the future, A Masterpiece of God’s Unseen Hands stands as both a celebration and an invitation to continue this mission.
The book is not for sale. PDF copies of the book are available for free download at https://www.slec.org.sg/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/SLEC_CTBook_Final.pdf
