St Andrew's Community Hospital's Visit to St Luke's ElderCare Nee Soon Central Centre

We are honoured to host St. Andrew’s Community Hospital’s visit to our Nee Soon Central Centre where we brought the management staff on a tour around the centre’s Enhanced Dementia Day Care and Day Rehabilitation Care facility.

Admidst the tour, we are happy to share how our full range of integrated services and programmes which comprise of maintenance day care, day rehabilitation, dementia care, nursing care, respite care and wellness activities complement one another to provide a holistic programme that enable our seniors to age well and with dignity.

We also have the opportunity to showcase our focus on community with the Wellness Kampung where we share how Nee Soon Central’s residents and our seniors are encouraged to utilise the common facilities and participate with a “Kampung” spirit.

We are certainly glad to participate in more joint-learning experiences that would enable us to serve our seniors and the community well!
